We make a thorough inspection of the property inside & outside during move-ins, midterm and move-outs and lease renewals. We check the furnace filters, plumbing, smoke detectors, and take pictures and keep these on file and send them to the owners at the owners request.

Evictions & Collections

If rents are not collected by the 6th of the month, we begin the process necessary to collect rents or evict. We have your best interest in mind and move quickly to get things resolved.

Maintenance

Secure Property Management has a full in-house maintenance division, which saves owners and communities time and money. We are licensed Utah General Contractors bonded & insured. Our main focus is on time maintenance at the lowest possible price.

Comprehensive Screening Process of Renters

We check Nationwide criminal check, credit checks, employment verification, rental history (to make sure the renter has never defaulted on their rents or been evicted) and personal and professional references.

Accounting

We are highly automated. Each month you receive a financial statement showing monies collected and any disbursements. We provide numerous reports including any custom reports you request. We also can email all reports. Tenants love our online payments and maintenance requests.
